HCMC- Performances by Dutch conductor

Dutch conductor,Jan Stulen will lead pieces by Beethoven and Prokofiev, performed by the Vietnamese violin prodigy Bui Cong Duy and the HCMC Ballet Symphony Orchestra and Opera.

Featuring typical pieces in Classic and Romantic eras with Richard Strauss’s Serenade for 13 wind instruments in E-Flat Major, op. 7, Sergei Prokofiev’s Violin Concerto No.1 in D Major, op. 19 and Ludwig van Beethoven’s Symphony No.7 in A Major, op. 92.

HCMC- Vietnamese folk songs in concert

Some well-known Vietnamese vocal compositions from the 20th century will be performed at a concert called “Vietnam – our heritage, our love,” under the baton of Vietnamese conductor Tran Nhat Minh.
